This year's theme for Vacation Bible School was Discovery Canyon. The volunteers for the church did a great job at decorating the Hall with a rustic desert look. Each morning I dropped Hudson off at daycare, picked up Nicholas, and drove him and Evan to VBS. The boys had a fun week.
Evan checks out his folder. He and Nicholas were pretty disappointed to find out that they wouldn't be in the same class this year like they were last year. Nicholas was in the first grade class, while Evan was still in the Kindergarten/Preschool class. They both hung with it and ended up having a great time.
Evan's class had to walk everywhere in a "train." Apparently in the past there have been issues with little escapees!
I love watching Evan when he doesn't realize I am around. I was so proud of him for paying attention and singing the fun songs.
Between Sports Camp, Summer School, VBS, Library trips, Water Park trips, and time with Mom, I think Evan has had a pretty decent summer.
