Eric worked late tonight, so the boys and I made the most of it by hitting up McDonald's. I can get three Happy Meals for under ten bucks. And the boys run around like loons on the indoor play structure and burn off some energy.
I sat with my feet propped up and read a magazine.
Pretty pleasant hour.
Besides indulging in junk food, Evan and I went to the running store to get signed up for a race on Saturday. I signed Hudson up as well. It will be his first race. I'm not ready to run two miles, but I'll run/walk to the end.
Saturday is gearing up to be a busy day with a race in the morning, basketball in the middle of the day, and soccer at 5. Phew! I'm tired just thinking about it!
